Interpreter of Maladies

1.The peice of paper with the address on it that Mrs. Das hands to Mr. Kapasi flies away, it seems as if fate wanted them not to be together or else he would have been able to keep the address.

2.Mrs. Das's devopment starts to show when she thinks about how her son is'nt Mr. Das's son as well. She seems to show some sort of guilt but still keeps it to herself and doesnt reveal to Mr. Das.

3.He hears her say that his profession is romantic and i think that he lacks that romance in his life because he isnt where he thought he'd be and wants that in his life.

4.Mrs. Das had an affair on Mr. Das, we find out in the story that her son resulted from that affair, and yet she has'nt told her husband and this adds a ton of guilt to her.

5.He identified it as something along the lines of guilt or remourse.
